The company is certified to ISO 3834-2 and DIN 18800 and the operators hold the UNI EN 287-1 welder’s certification. The welding procedures have been certified by a third party, while the maintenance and calibration of the machinery is subject to audits performed by the certifying body. The company has equipment for manual, semi-automatic and automatic welding, according to the MIG/MAG, TIG, electrode and submerged arc welding processes. For the automatic welding, the company is equipped with submerged arc machines with linear movement, both with a fixed and a mobile trolley and robots with autonomous and cooperating operation for hot wire welding, with maximum working volumes of up to 5,500 x 6,000 x 37,000 mm.
