The quality of the product has always been one of the main competitive advantages of Gualini Lamiere International. From the procurement of materials to the final testing, each phase of the production cycle provides for controls of the semi-finished products and the finished products according to procedures which, over the years, have been perfected to provide the customer with a product that is always in line with the project specifications.
The product testing is carried out using the most modern equipment and technologies available on the market.
The company management is convinced that customer satisfaction is the main key to success; in order to achieve this target and consolidate it, it is necessary to improve the quality of production constantly. With this aim in mind, in 1997 Gualini Lamiere International introduced a Quality Assurance System in compliance with UNI-EN 29002 which in 2005 became Vision 2000. The objectives to be reached are set each year by the Management and notified to the personnel which undergoes periodical training in order to enhance the Company’s culture regarding quality. The person in charge of the Quality System is responsible for coordinating the activities and for checking that all the quality regulations are implemented in each phase of the work, according to the provisions stated in the Quality manual and the relevant Procedures and operating Instructions. The company has pinpointed the processes that influence the quality of the service given to the Customer, establishing the interactions and connections and, consequently, the criteria to insure the control and effectiveness of the same by measuring and analysing the data and information gathered.
